Sun Glitters - It Takes Me
Sun Glitters sound is an ocean of lush melodies, pitch-shifted vocal samples, ghostly digi-diva choirs, warm bass melodies driven by alternately dense and relaxing beatwork combinations between downtempo and wonky beats.

Sorrow - My Love

Sorrow proves himself once again. "My love" is part of "Art is dead" EP and one of it's true highlights. It starts gently, but right from the beginning you can feel there is something unique coming and right there a bit shy at the beginning, but confident bassline kicks in to sweeten your journey. Combine it with mesmerizing vocals blending imperceptibly with delicate instruments and you've got yourself a real treat for sunday.
Featured in Jacm's heavenly Origamix.

Owsey - We Are Your Friends
I came across Owsey's stunning music some time ago and he got me on the hook right from the start. I've decided to start exploring his music here with this track since I'm totally blown away by it's rich textures and mesmerizing vocals. Bloody well done Mr O-Zee!

Asa & With Joyful Lips - Saṃsāra EP
Not really a review, more like a teaser since this EP is still in a shadow waiting for a sign-up, tentatively scheduled for a release in December following year. Although the full tracklist and all the tracks are ready, only few of them were brought to the daylight via Asa's SC page.

Stumbleine - All For Your Smile EP
I have mentioned this couple of times by now but will say this one more time - Bristol is a magic city music-wise. There's just something about the mood out there that just inspires dwellers to create some of the best and most sophisticated sound you could imagine...

Burial - Street Halo
Some people might say it's not a very big step forward since "Untrue" but let's be honest - Burial has his own individual style and while more and more people tries to imitate it, why should be abandon it. "Street Halo" brings all the best Burial has to offer and even a bit more, since the tracks are so similar yet so different. Every fan will be more that satisfied, especially with the title track and chilling bombshell "Stolen Dog"
Available on vinyl and as a digital release on Kode9's Hyperdub Records.

Burial, Four Tet & Thom Yorke - Ego/Mirror
Side A: Ego
The track opens with a bassline typical for Burial's tracks (at first, you can even mistake it with his "Raver" tune), then Hebden's melodic arrangements kick in, inevitable inviting the third musketeer to complete the charm. Yorke's croon creates a truly warm center amidst the blend, giving the track a whole new dynamic and rhythmic. It is rather rare that the collaboration between great artists stays faithul to all the styles involved, yet this track delivers just that. Strange percussive tweaks and odd keyboard lines characteristic for Four Tet ride and fall all the way through the track, just to the point where a warming piano kicks in, accompanied by Burial's shreded vocal sampling, creating a rather beautiful coda for the 6 minutes journey.
Side B: Mirror
Mirror sounds more like a Burial's solo try on Yorke's vocal's, bringing to your mind and ears his previous genuine releases.
